What The Fashion Show Is About

Our Fashion Show

The annual end of year fashion show is an event full of fun, creativity and most of all: fabulous fashion! Each year, students put on a great show with clothes from various shops on the high street, - last year New Look got involved - however for our show this year, we have decided to tap into the Vintage Glamour look and are using clothes from various vintage boutiques in and around our lovely home city of Glasgow, to create a look that's different and unique - After all, Glasgow Street Style is one of the most inventive and creative in not only the UK, but the rest of the world.
We have two Fashion Merchandising classes; one class specialising in Vintage Day Looks, and the other in Vintage Evening Looks. Each outfit featuring in the show will be hand picked and styled by our very own students, so not only will you be viewing the very best vintage clothes the city has to offer, you will be viewing a very personal approach by Glasgow finest stylists.

Fashion Merchandising Classes A&B
The aim of the fashion show is to have fun, but ultimately to raise money and awareness for our chosen charity, Quarriers. Quarriers is a Scottish social care charity based in Quarriers village, Inverclyde. It provides care and support for people with a disability, children and families, young people, young homeless people, people with epilepsy and carers.
They do amazing work for people, so that along with the fact that they are a Scottish charity - we need to support our own! -means that they were the perfect charity for us to choose to raise money for.

If you would like to get involved in any way, shape or form then feel free to contact us through our Facebook page or email - both of which are shown on the main page!
